Tie-down fitting is easily removable from anchor plate, just lift up on spring loaded catch and slide fitting out.
Rotating ring allows for a load to pull from any angle.
Working load limit: 650 lbs. horizontal pull, 1,300 lbs. vertical pull
No mounting hardware included.

Constructed of aircraft quality materials - these units are used to secure loads in aircraft cargo holds.
